With over 15 years of experience, she has worked as an educator, speaker, and policy consultant, shaping medical education and healthcare accessibility for marginalized communities. As a former faculty member at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she developed curricula on health equity, LGBTQ+ healthcare, and anti-racism in medicine. She also co-founded Heal All Consulting, an initiative supporting healthcare providers in creating welcoming and affirming spaces for LGBTQ2SIA+ patients.

Dr. Haichin holds certifications in cannabis and cannabinoid pharmacotherapy, immunization, and first aid, reflecting his dedication to comprehensive patient care. Diana Leon Tong, PharmD
